We will have a call to talk about your current challenges, feelings and what would be beneficial for you.
Do you need a grounding, releasing practice to let go and calm down your mind? Or do you currently feel lethargic und uninspired and need a more energizing practice?
Luckily, the tradition provides us with plenty of tools to accommodate different state of beings and phases in our lives.
After our chat, I will design a specific practice for you that includes asana, pranayama and meditation which I will then teach to you.
You will also get a recording so you can practice on your own.
We’ll have another check-in call once you started your practice.
