Join my drop-in classes (for now in German only).

Each class entails the traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga mix of asana (postures), pranayama (breath practice) and meditation.

Just bring along your mat, yoga blocks and meditation cushion and we’re ready to go.

Moon classes (evening classes)

Ideal for you, if you:

  • have a busy life or busy mind
  • feel unstable, ungrounded or anxious
  • are not sleeping or digesting well
  • are quick to anger or emotionally unstable
  • want to improve your concentration and meditation practice

Sun classes (morning classes)

Ideal for you, if you:

  • are feeling stagnant or lazy
  • feeling sad or depressed
  • are looking to feel more positive about life
  • have poor circulation
  • have low immunity
  • are ready to start working more on the energetic level
  • are already mentally grounded, stable and calm

1:1 Session – Designing a personal practice – Your Sadhana

Not every yoga class is suitable for everyone. We have to acknowledge that we are all individual beings and what works for others might not work for us. And that is totally fine. Luckily, the Tantric Hatha Yoga tradition provides us with different tools that we can weave into our practice to help us move forward.


In our 1:1 session, we will reflect together:

Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed? Are you suffering from anxiety?

Do you feel lethargic, uninspired or unmotivated? Are you tired and have no energy?

Do the same things just keep on happening to you over and over again?

Do you have trouble of letting go? Trouble forgiving and moving on?

Based on your status quo I will tailor an individual personalized practice for you, including asana, pranayama and meditation, that will help you to move forward.


And now it’s your turn:

Your task is to practice this specific practice every day for 40 days.  (This is what we call Sadhana – personal practice.) The goal is to go for the 60-min practice every day. However, I will record a 30-minute practice for days where you are short on time. On days, where you hardly have time to brush your teeth, you can go for the Pranayama and Meditation practice only.

This way, you have different options and committing to a daily practice for 40 days may seem less frightening and more achievable. Because, let’s be honest, we all have our lives. However, learning to show up for yourself and committing yourself, is not just really important but also extremely helpful for yourself.

We will have two check-in calls on the way. However, you can reach me and ask questions any time.
